Mark Collins

Mark's first activities in guitar began as a self taught guitarist in rock and blues during the early 1980s. After playing as a free lance guitarist in various bands for a number of years, Mark commenced studies in classical guitar in 1989 graduating with assocciate and licentiate diplomas in performance and teaching. Since then Mark has held teaching positions in a number of schools and colleges including City of Dublin V.E.C., St. Peter's College and the Dublin School of Guitar (which he currently co directs).

Mark has continued to perform around the city and has performed until recently as part of The Mysterious Chords.
